[ It's a hot Friday afternoon in June, and there's nothing particularly unusual going on in the clubroom today.

... which isn't much of an introduction, but it's the truth.

and of course, you can bet your behinds that Prez isn't going to have this. She lets the usual chatter stretch out for a little while before finally taking her place at the head of the room and slapping a hand down on the teacher's podium. ]

... alright! I--I'm callin' an official uh-- hearing...? -- m--meetin' to order! Y'hear me?

[So it turned out Nurse Peebs only wanted to remind Osaka about her next appointment, and suggesting she write it down only killed a minute or so. Still, Souji's not sure it's safe to allow free radicals back into whatever the hell was going on in the clubroom, and besides, he ought to catch up with Osaka more often.]

So...what's this about dinosaurs and unicorns?

[ohmygah]

[Aw yeah, appointments. She would probably forget if she doesn't write that down, so she takes Souji's advice and puts pen to paper.]

Huh? Oh, they popped up in Miss Bubblegum's office after she gave me some juice!

[ and here's a prez who's evidently making her escape from the complete and utter shitshow that's going on in the clubroom. ]

Yo, Osaka! An' Souji-kun.

[ she sounds almost disproportionally relieved to be chattering with them both

seriously, she is not trained for love problems. ]

Eh? No, its just a normal dinosaur and unicorn.

I'm going to have to ask Nurse Bubblegum about that juice...still, I guess there's nothing to worry about from either of them.

Are both of you guys doing alright today?

... yeah, it definitely don't sound like somethin' anyone should be drinkin'.

Well, I'm... doin' okay, I guess. Can't complain, but...

[ she trails off a little listlessly. ]

You sound a little tired. I haven't even heard you lecture anyone today.

... Yeah, m'just... tired. That's all.

S'gettin' a little hard to sleep with how hot it's been gettin' lately, yeah? So, s'nothin' you gotta worry about.

I'm a little thirsty, actually. You guys want to go get something from the vending machines?

Sure! We need to get Chiyoko lotsa water if she's getting too hot!

Haha... w--well, maybe not lotsa water, but I'm kinda thirsty. It's gettin' kinda hot, ain't it?

[ she smiles a little sheepishly, scratching her cheek. ]

We could go get some snacks, too.

[He leads the way. Anything to let Minako do...whatever Minako was doing with less of an audience. He hopes someone caught Alice, too.]

Unicorns aside, your sessions with the nurse are working out alright, right Osaka?

Oh yeah. Miss Bubblegum is real nice. And lotsa fun to hang out with!
